wait, nvm, this bid is illegal but because RFAs need to be min of 3 years when others bid on them
Bidding on RFA's: When a team wants to sign another teams
restricted free agent, the team must make a higher offer than the
original team. The offer must be a minimum of 3 years (not including
option years) and be at least $1M per season higher.
