West Chester Fine / BOS taking Over WC Team.

Post by nostratimus on Sun Jul 06, 2014 1:26 pm

Ian Krol
- placed on DL by Tigers on June 21st
- never placed on DL list by owner
*Dan, you can take care of that whether it's a warning or more
- on DL for all of week 13 and 6 days of week 14
- activated Sun July 6

Total Fine = $2M (week 13)
              = $500k x 6 days (week 14) = $3M
              = $5M

Mike Fiers
- optioned to minors on June 26
- inactive for all of week 14

Total Fine = 2M (week 14)
= beginning Monday, July 7th, $500k fine per day

Don't enjoy doing this guys but if somebody complains to me or if I catch it, gotta enforce rules.  No excuses for having inactive roster spots.

If I made an error or if you can justify having an illegal roster, please PM me and Dan so we can discuss your situation.

Ok i just reviewed and looks like there were some infractions here, But i also understand Lee is new.

I'd hope the Guys who know Lee would help him better understand the rules. During the season to learn the weekly moves rules (i.e DL, RW etc etc)

If you tell me that you dont have time to manage the team and the league is too much, so be it. But if you willing to work a bit and want to stay in then "lets do it".

I'll help you, I would have preferred JI or Mark since you know them best.

If your in, then no Fine this is you one time I fucked up SORRY. 2nd Buy Out Ernesto Frieri (LAA-RP)
i will allow you to buyout 1st half of season pay it off 100% and that would leave you with just over 35M. Thats an ugly contract and you have the buy out's. 2nd sell your 2nd Buy Out in auction or by trade. you can get a 7th round pick (1 or 2). start building the MiLB roster.

TIM job is to post fine (bad Roster), my is to work with you guys. any other GM this fine stands but i understand you taking on a project with this team and i hear your the guy that can do that.

I hope you answer me either way, in or out so that i know what the next step.

Thanks

I appreciate the sentiment and the confidence JI and Mark had shown in me for vouching for me, but I think this team requires someone that has more time than I do.

Clearly the team needs lots of work and attention and I just don't think I share the intensity for the league that others do and that is not a criticism or a slight, just the reality of the situation.

My apologies in advance for any hassles my leaving causes especially to JI and Mark who are stand up guys.

But better to end it quickly and let you guys find someone who shares your passion for the complexities of the league.

Good luck
