if your going to bid he become a UFA, if your going to match this player then you wait for highest bid to win and then you have 48 hours to match the bid.

I don't understand and I don't think you answered my question. What do you mean by "if your going to bid he become UFA"? If I bid right now, he is no longer a RFA?
