I would welcome a vote, as I was the original opposer until I talked to Dan on the phone, haha.

but, I think with the "72 hours to make room," thing, that can be justification for a vote to go through/pass... and if people do not withdraw after 72 hours, they're fucked!

Okay, that makes 4.

Alright, since Dan and Bravo are good with stuff (or Tim)

Someone just draft up a rule clarification that allows for people to include warchest amount for amount of money available for free agency.

Then we can vote on this, be done with it and move on.

3-3. War Chest (Rollover Salary)

All teams have a war chest which will reserve money that was not spent from each season. Teams can only make deposits after the season ends, but can withdraw any amount at any time. The maximum a team can deposit into their war chest is $50M (after each season) and the maximum the war chest can be at any time is $250M.

ADD: When bidding on free agents, teams must have the cash available to pay for players in current and future seasons. If a team's current season's cash is depleted, a withdrawal from the war chest will automatically happen immediately after the free agent is signed to cover his current season salary.

Yea? No? Anything to add?

Waiting on Dan to let us know if this can even be voted on now.

He may table things til the winter, as that's when he generally wants rules done.
