I want to restructure this deal since I now know that I can do it this way:
$4m/$3m/$2m
$4m/$3m/$2m

negative
If you wanted to redo the contract, you should have put in another bid (or corrected your bid) when you found out yesterday.
Regardless, you aren't new. There is some leniency with the new guys but for veteran owners, the responsibility lies on them to know the rules.
No one is allow to wait until they win the bid and then change the bid unless they are matching a RFA.

it shouldn't be a big deal in my opinion since all that is changing is the structure of the contract. Either way it is cool, no going to argue over it.

Yea Sam can rule on it. It's not a big deal but it's never been allowed.
You should know the rules anyway! You've been here long enough lol
(But it sets a bad precedent, guys being allowed to change their structure based on cap considerations. Guys put in multiple bids and then want to change the structure after they only win one bid because they now have more cap room.)
Not that you did this but it doesn't matter.

Agree with Dustin here. We've never been able to restructure winning bids, so this will the original winning bid of 3.75/3/2.25
