Does the full cost of Anderson's option year count towards Michigan's cap? If so, he is over $105.

Then if that is the case, why did Sydney's contract for Convington of $1/$1 get denied for going over salary for next year? If you count all of his option years, as just options then his $1/$1 contract is ok. So either this scenario is wrong or that one.

He has $90 in current salary, $6 in D League,  and $8.05 in dead money for a total of $104.05
