Tarrytown FCC Trade Dilemna

I am caught on the bubble. My team shouldn't be as bad as it is. I am either looking for offers to improve, or offers for the future.

Hoffman, Malkin, Tatar and Gibson are locked into my future plans. McDavid and Crouse will not be moving. My chance at Austin Mathews (2016 1st Rounder) will take a stud that will help propel me from a chance at getting a top pick. I know this is vague, so help me decide which way I go.

I have had multiple offers typed up, but have not been able to click send.

Bidding System

Bidding System: When bidding on a posted f/a, teams will have a maximum of 3 bids. The original post or illegal bids do not count as bids.

Bidding Equal Years:When bidding under $10M per season: A bid may be a minimum of a 10% increase of the Avg salary. If the bid is under a $1m increase per season, 2 of the 3 bids will be charged. When bidding $10M per season or more: The bid must be a minimum of $1M per season more. 1 bid will be charged.

Adding Year(s): When adding years to a contract the players avg salary per season can drop up to (but not more than) 10%.

Reducing Years: Teams can reduce a Max of 2 years off the current bid. Teams can match the current total contract with less years or use the following formula:When reducing the current bid by 1 year, the players avg salary per year must increase 60% or more. When reducing the current bid by 2 years, the players avg salary per year must increase 75% or more.
