General Manager Wanted (Expected start date: ASAP)

Part-Time (but if you want to put in Full time hours, your salary will increase 50%)

• Expected Salary: $0/year (Full time = 50% increase)

o Performance based incentives: Bragging rights for being the top performer.

• Responsibilities:

o Manage a $90 million a year payroll

o Recruit top tier talent to drive your team’s goals

o Negotiate with other GM’s to improve your standings
o Setting lineups
o Monitoring the health and status of your team members
o Checking the website regularly

• Qualifications:
o Experience with the game of hockey and fantasy required
o Experience managing copious amounts of fake money preferred
o Math Skills (addition, subtraction, maybe the occasional multiplication and division)
o Reading comprehension a must: Need the ability to digest a robust rulebook during your training period
o Communication skills
o Preferred Multi-year commitment

HA, good position description. I think this league is in a very good place right now with players coming and going with similar frequency to the NHL, cap space being used, and a very competitive group of managers. I look forward to the offseason and next year. I'll try to help look around but don't have anyone in mind now.
