Derozan didn’t have an option to be picked up, he was due to be a RFA B and needed to be offered a RFA contract to retain.

guys, i request an exception on this. derozan isn't list on my roster in the kuwait page... i will be making a qualifying offer to him now

None of the RFA's remain on the team's contract page.
I'm still fine with an exemption, id rather it be the way you intended.
