hi guys, i'd like to explain why this has come in so late. Demar Derozan was not on my roster sheet for Kuwait which is why i forgot to make him a qualifying offer.. i hope this is a clear justification for an exception on this.

ok, i see that none of these RFAs are on people's roster pages, its kind of confusing to be honest but i accept it if the derozan offer isn't accepted... it would be easier to see the people on your page but i do see that there is a tab where it lists them all..

Yeah it's always been like that, UFA/RFA is set up on a different tab and not on your roster page anymore.
It's ok Kuwait, with how crazy this year has been, and the short offseason/deadlines, things have been confusing. I'll grant an exception here
