Rookie Option Deadline is same as RFA and FT- August 9th, 11:59pm PST
Rookie Options will be auto-accepted if no action is taken.

I just want to be clear with this. Are rookie options guaranteed after the deadline date? Because now that we're in FA opinions change on players. Just need to know.

That is correct, once picked up they are fully paid for the year. So all options are not able to be prorated.
