same rule as rip? is it in play here
Illegal Bids: If a bid closes and the last bid is illegal, the team with the last legal bid has the option to either take the player at the bid, or pass on the player. If the team chooses to pass, that team cannot bid on the player for 21 days and the player becomes a free agent again.

if commish wants others to have chance at him too, we can do that as well

i'm going to let az win this bid, he could throw it back to fa with the 21 day rule.
