Ginobili, Lopez, Davis, and Randolph are all out with injuries.

Hardship Exception (Extra IR Spot): If a team with three injured players on their IR (and a full 12-man yahoo roster) has a fourth player that suffers an injury, the team will be allowed to have a fourth player on the IR. Once one of the players is no longer injured, the team must cut back to 15 players again. The commisioner will approve the Hardship Exception if a team requests it.

not sure if you can apply for hardship, up to Sam. but the way i read the rule and in bold above. team must have player that suffers an injury. Key word Has (like in on your current roster) in this case you already had the three hurt players and you trade for the 4th hurt player. he didn't suffer the injury while on your roster. Just saying!!!

That's how I read it too. Up to the commish though, it's eh for me either way
