Still, if a technicality prevents the 2012 pick from being dealt now, we can re-work the trade, i have no probs with that

also, the pick is conditional on yao playing 45 games in each of next two years, so technicially, pick really isnt mine yet, since yao cannot play those games before the 2010 draft, lololol

We can't do future considedrations. Too many problems can come out of it. And all the future consideration here would be is to work around a rule in place. Its just not right.

Bottom line is, u can trade picks for the draft coming up and the one after.
