Can you explain the reasoning a little bit to this?

Pekovic is a cheap stud with RFA. Thomas Robinson has a lot of potential.

Wade is a one year rental and the 2015 LV 1 should be a late pick.

I don't really understand this. I mean I'm fine with it and I rarely question trades but I don't see the benefit for Darrin's team here.

i think getting a 1 with wade made darrin do it, as he can make a run with wade

tho peka is sweet as well

i think pekovic's #'s will regress a bit with Love by his side for a full season. Robinson is headed to wherever with no guarantee of playing time and two franchises already passed on his "high potential".

The RFA on pekovic doesnt matter to me that much since love and bynum and kemba will all hit RFA that year as well. both demanding lots of money if bynum can still play. and even so i probably wont be able to match two players if they are high money since durant and Love are definitely staying on max deals probably. The 1st rounder just gives me some flexibility.

and with wade i have the option of making a run if i so choose. Kemba, wade, durant, love, bynum.... if all stay healthy i have a nice core to build around for the year.

Darrin is going balls deep with Durant and love about to break his bank. The pick might or might not be a low pick since it's still two years away. My pick a few years ago ended up becoming Kyrie Irving even though I traded it during my juggernaut opening season. Same with Darrin team before.

ya this will essentially just get revised if Kidd cannot be traded. Thus LV would just be giving me 2 mil cash on his side and i would cut Kidd

It doesn't matter. Either way, Philly gets two mil and who knows, Kidd may change his mind.
