I mean it ended on Wednesday. So since free agency started on Tuesday at 1 pm eastern time (10 am pacific) , that's when the 24 hour clock started.

24 hours went by without anyone bidding so the bid ended. Just FYI

It is 48 hours AFTER the window is closed on bidding. Here is the rule from the page:

After a bid closes on a player (24 hours), the team with the restricted free agent has 48 hours to match the offer. If the player's original team does not exercise its matching rights within 48 hours, the offer becomes an official contract with the new team.
