Idk, if he counts as LTIR, he is out 4-6 weeks, that will kill the rest of our season for him.

Michal Neuvirth (lower body) will be sidelined for 4-6 weeks.
Advice: Neuvirth was injured on Feb. 18 against the New York Rangers. The Flyers acquired Petr Mrazek from Detroit on Monday night because Brian Elliott is also out with a long-term injury.

I am fine with using him as LTIR.

Under some circumstance that he makes it back for the Finals you will not be able to reactivate him
