Some changes to contract structuring...
Structuring Contracts (Optional): When a team signs a 2-5 year deal, the team owner can structure the contract however he wants. The contract has to ascend or descend. The way a contract is structured cannot change for any reason via trade etc. From each season the salary cannot be more than a 25% increase or decrease. Consecutive seasons can have the same salary amount. The max salary per season is $25M.
E.g.
5 years/$10M per ($50M total)
1:$6M, 2:$7.5M, 3:$10M, 4:$12.5M, 5:$14M.
