Contract Void for Retiring Players

Some of the ideas were good, but I think this is a simple solution to the "could be" problem.

In addition to being allowed to void a player's contract when they retire, I would like to add this stipulation.

Players age 34 or older can only have 2 of their contract years voided. Each years salary that is voided will be the contracts avg season salary.

All this does is prevent someone from signing a 35 year old basketball player to a 5 year contract and structuring it with all the money at the end and then voiding it 1 year later when the player retires.

Simple solution.
