Does Gortat keep RFA since more then 25% was paid for 13/14?

I thought it was per year so you'd avoid something like what we had before with players having an entire year paid off.

im pretty sure it was 25% of the total amount left on the contract

Looked through the rulebook and it's not there. I remember us discussing the this last year though. I honestly remember it being to avoid big money on stars and to prevent contracts being paid for a year like JR smith or Wilson chandler before.

I guess sam didn't update rule book but i think we agreed on 25% or something like that?
