Looks good. The 1st round of the rookie draft is subject to change based on the NHL lottery, correct?

On my phone it says i need to request access. Never seen this page before.

Your phone could be using a different email than your desktop to view the google drive file. You can switch emails to whatever you use on your desktop or you can request access on the drive page, or just drop your phone email here and we can give it permissions

it should be open to the public but maybe the phone is trying to go deeper than the public html which would mean you are correct. I did give him access in case that was what was going on (talked through PM). But this problem should have prevented him from using the previous one also..... so I don't know.

If someone wants to change the official link on the forum they could. It is ready.
