3 Divisions – 3 Divisions winners and a wild card advance to the playoffs.
Stats: Fowards/Defensemen: G, A, /-, PPP, PIM, FW, SOG, and GWG Goalies: W, SHO, GAA, and SV%
Team Salary: $90 Million, No rollover or bonuses
Contracts: 1-6 years with no options
Minimum Salary Scale: 1y-$500k, 2y-$800k, 3y-$2M, 4y-$3M, 5y-$4M, 6y-$5M
Maximum Salary: $10M
Contract Structuring: B.S.S. structuring system
Buyouts: 2 with a 50% settlement
Rosters: 30-Man Roster - 3 LW, 3 C, 3 RW, 6 Def, 2 Goalies, and 13 BN
Injured Reserve: Unlimited, Cap exception will be used (still need to fine tune)
Waivers: B.S.S. Revocable and Irrevocable System
Free Agent Bidding: B.S.S. bidding system with unlimited 10% bids (3 bid Max)
Restricted Free Agents (for Pro Contract): 2 players – Must have completed a 3-6 year Pro contract, Spent a minimum of 2 full consecutive seasons with the current team and Never been listed on waivers.
Restricted Free Agent (for rookie contract): Completed a rookie contract, never listed on waivers, and spent a minimum of 2 consecutive full seasons with the current team.
Rookie Draft: 2 rounds. Picks can be traded for the next 2 drafts
Minor League: 2 player minor league. 1st and 2nd year players may start the season in the minors. Once activated they cannot be sent back during the season.
Rookie Salaries: 1st pick- $2.5M, 2nd-4th picks- $1M, 5th-8th picks- $750k, 9th-24th picks- $500k
Rookie Contracts: The first year is guaranteed. 2nd year team option with 10% increase. 3rd year team option with 25% increase over 2nd year salary. 4th year possible RFA
Initial Draft: Salary assigned to each draft pick. 20 Rounds. 2 Round Rookie Draft for players selected in the 2011 NHL Draft.

I feel pretty good about this setup. It'll work very nicely!
