Denver And Dallas Annouce Part Two
Resubmitted after the debate, which I believe proves the legitimacy of the trade, which was NEVER vetoed.
Tyreke Evans 3/3/3/3/4.5
2011 Denver 2nd round pick
for
Brandon Jennings 3/3/3/3
Good Luck To Everyone.

woo just got back from a crazy night.
anyways, from all that was discussed, the decision hasnt changed.
veto, all that talk in the other thread did not change some of our minds of how we saw this trade.
and like thai said, we are not a 'nazi trade committee' out to criticize and turn down trades.

Out of respect for the TC I've been quiet through this whole thing, only offering up my initial opinion, but I must say that I am a bit shocked at the decision. However, I will go along with it without another word - excepting to say that I will be watching all future trades with a very curious and keen eye. Anyone who seems to be overvaluing a young a player or basing a trade on "future value" will be immediately called out, by I suspect, everyone. I think this is a very shortsighted decision culled from emotion, and not, as you say, the best interest of the league.
But let's move forward.
But let's move forward.

Re: Denver And Dallas Annouce Part Two
Really?!?!?! I think it's pretty common knowledge that an elite PG is harder to come by than an elite SG. That, to me, is worth a $1m draft pick.
THEN you effectively ruin your credibility by saying that you don't judge trades based on future value? I'd like you to explain, if that is in fact the case, how exactly baseball trades involving prospects that have never played a big league game are judged.
I think this trade has come down to a matter of you guys wanting to save face at this point. You vetoed it. Everyone said you were wrong. But in an effort to not admit fault, you refuse to change your decision. This whole thing is a farce at this point. The one thing I will applaud the TC on is sticking to their guns.
