Guy was a top 25 player before getting hurt.  Not sure why he's ranked so low.

Though does make me feel better for getting KAT at 18 mil per.

Who are you talking about?  If me, you can have 15 on your roster and another 3 on your DLeague.

Max roster size is 12 (yahoo) Plus 3 inactive. 15 man roster. 
plus 3 D-League. 

now the D-League can go over 3 once season starts.

Has there been a d-league rule change?  I thought it was 3 max in there.

Only 3 max in D-league once season starts, 18 total with the 15 spots

Yea, 

1)  I have two guys I have cut in the IW section
2)  I have a trade of one Dleague guy in the trade section
3)  I have a DLeague movement post calling up two guys getting my DLeague back down to 3

So my roster is good...just hasn't been processed.

Just an FYI, there are multiple players listed on a team on the MASTER LIST, but are not actually on their team. For instance, I was looking at Brogdan and Collins last night, I see that they are on the master list and thus don't look at them anymore. Now I see that they are actually both UFA. Looks like LA and Oregon have no players listed on teams.

Same thing happened to me with incorrect master list...

Yeah the master list has to get refreshed EVERYTIME edits are made to anyones roster. I just fixed it up to this point

I love Zinger but he’s a 7’4 guy coming off multiple injuries including most recently an ACL. That’s why he’s ranked low

Master List is up to date.

I’ve never thought you can have more than 3 in D league when season starts

I thought options were only for declining...basically all options would get automatically picked up unless declined ...not all options would automatically get declined unless picked up

Yeah other leagues might do that but hoops you always had to post. If you look back at archives, all teams had to pick up options before the season

I'd be in favor of switching to automatically pick up instead of decline. Can we vote on it, or something?

Everyone has always posted their option pick ups. Years back Anthony Carter's agent didn't get his acceptance of his player option in so he became a free agent. It's also in the rule book as well.

I mean looking at JUST this year's team options, every single team posted an ACCEPT or DECLINE for their options. 

It's a team option, if you want the option then PICK IT UP. What if Sydney had forgotten to post that he declined Blake Griffin? John Wall for Oregon? Would we have kept them on the hook for $25m?

I'm more talking rookie options 

But it is what it is; it's on the owner too.  Just not good for the league when owners in the league aren't picking up options like Fox's.  I know every year, I dont have to worry about 6 teams or so ever being competitive.

It's for reasons like this.

it would be nice to have a more competitive league across the board... but i think options by definition decline if they aren't picked up. 

I would like some consideration for amending the way we handle illegal bids for next year or if we can do something moving forward this year...

i'll repeat some of the points i made in my chat on the Jrich UFA topic...

in our rules it states:

"If a bid closes and the last bid is illegal, the team with the last legal bid has the option to either take the player at the bid, or pass on the payer. If the team chooses to pass, that team cannot bid on the player for 21 days and the player becomes a free agent again"

I think there is no need to take any actions on illegal bids unless they win. The reason i'm bringing this up is due to the lebron bidding. The illegal bid hadn't won yet and i was timing my bid with the 24 hour window and all of a sudden the illegal bid was called out and 24 hours had passed since the last legal bid. This essentially allowed the person who bid illegally to ruin the bidding process. We should wait until that bid wins and THEN award to the last legal bidder. This doesn't affect other bidders in the process.

Same with JRICH, he was bid on, a person bid higher illegally, then the original bidder bid higher and 24 hours didn't pass from the last legal bid and it was declared closed because the second bid was illegal. Again, the other owners didn't get a chance to bid...

There is no need to over complicate the illegal bidding... the only time it takes effect is if someone wins with an illegal bid... OR if someone notices an illegal bid and wants to bid on top of the last LEGAL bid, he can call out the illegal bid and put his bid in legally (as long as its more than the last legal bid)... 

Commish, please look into this... what i'm proposing is very logical and does not punish other managers for another's managers illegal bid

The issue with theJRich scenario is what you are saying is the affect a illegal bid has is it inflated the price and what the preceding bid has to pay. If the illegal bid wasn’t put in I wouldn’t have offered to lay more and shouldn’t have to. It then also becomes a tactic - maybe I’ll purposely put an illegal bid in to make you pay more, knowing my bid won’t count but if you bid again I’ll eat more of your cap. An illegal bid certainly has affect on the free gent even if it didn’t win especially in a scenario where there is only two bidders involved.

No one is purposely putting in illegal bids.  Catch it before you make the bid.

If you dont want Jrich at that price, I'll take him
